Victoria and Albert weren't exemplary parents, far from it. As romantic as they are portrayed for their love story, when it came to parenting they fell short. Edward Albert was a very sad little boy, tragic really.
Hugs
MartaDolls from the Attichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10657475720821198743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067379036492118284.post-41163664329229380172010-08-13T14:27:02.162-07:002010-08-13T14:27:02.162-07:00I agree, very sad and disturbing it was pitiful, t...I agree, very sad and disturbing it was pitiful, today it would be child abuse.Dolls from the Attichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10657475720821198743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067379036492118284.post-78129856313716024172010-08-13T05:53:37.540-07:002010-08-13T05:53:37.540-07:00How sad, royalty. I was an absent-minded boy too in the school when I was a boy. ¡así me veo ahora!

Precioso post. Preciosas fotos, muñecos y cuadros.

Sé que no es una novedad decirte que disfruto mucho con toda tu información sobre estos periodos de la historia.

Thank you, Marta.

BesosAlberto el de las galgashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15592738969984329568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067379036492118284.post-63500180054897827072010-08-13T02:58:15.425-07:002010-08-13T02:58:15.425-07:00I've been watching the BBC series about his li...I've been watching the BBC series about his life on tape, and its so intersting. You are right he was so misunderstood, The Prince Consort was obsessed with his discipline and education. There is a scene when the little prince, barely a toddler, is playing with a toy horse, and Prince Albert yanks it away from him and replaces it with an Abacus..saying "this is better for him" The face on that little baby brought tears to my eyes...Sad story but there is more to come.
Hugs
MartaDolls from the Attichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10657475720821198743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3067379036492118284.post-84780039781047323342010-08-12T22:16:10.477-07:002010-08-12T22:16:10.477-07:00What great pictures. In fact he proved to be rather a good King.Hermeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00968366076064269729noreply@blogger.com
